Your adventure begins in the heart of Santa Elena, right at the iconic Tree House Restaurant. From there, you’ll hop on a high-quality mountain bike (M and L frame sizes, 27.5" wheels, adjustable suspension, and dual disc brakes for extra safety) and set off on an unforgettable journey.
 

The route is as dynamic as Monteverde itself. Starting at 1,330 meters (4,364 ft) above sea level and descending to 600 meters (1,968 ft), you’ll experience a shift in climate, landscapes, and ecosystems. Along the way, you'll ride past lush cloud forest, open farmland, and rolling pastures where cows lazily graze—a glimpse into the local agricultural life.
 

With a 90% downhill route, some riders could finish in just an hour, but we encourage you to take it slow. Soak in the breathtaking views, stop at scenic overlooks, snap some photos, and truly enjoy the magic of Monteverde at every turn.
